Our Approach to Achieving Quality

The Quality Group is responsible for implementing the quality policy, with support from the Structural Engineering Department. The Construction and Civil Works Group aligns project quality activities with the approved quality policy, while the Civil Engineering Group develops, maintains, and continuously improves the Quality Management System. Additionally, the Knowledge Management Group ensures the integration of the latest technologies into the tools, methods, and methodologies in use.
